I had a mostly positive experience at Unique Suites Hotel in Charleston. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, making for a comfortable stay. On my first stay, I enjoyed a recently renovated room, but my second stay revealed outdated and sticky carpets and an overwhelming crowd at the pool due to public access. If you plan to relax by the pool, you might be disappointed with the large number of non-guests using the facilities.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The pool was a hit with my kids, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The owners have put a lot of effort into renovating the property, and it shows. Our room was brand new and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the gas firepit, although the pool wasn’t open yet. However, it was disappointing to learn that only half the rooms had been renovated so far.
