The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a nice lounge and pool area, but my experience varied dramatically across visits. On my first stay, I enjoyed a recently renovated room, but my second stay revealed outdated and sticky carpets and an overwhelming crowd at the pool due to public access. If you plan to relax by the pool, you might be disappointed with the large number of non-guests using the facilities.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The pool was a hit with my kids, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
